During the NHAM 11th ASM 2007, a new approach had been carried out. The NCVD One Stop Centre has been established at the Level 6, Le Meridian Hotel. We had provided hands on training on using web application, assistance on flow of data submission and other arising issues. We also took an opportunity to promote the NCVD to the participants. We did receive well responses from the users.

NCVD- the milestone of database

Meeting titled 'NCVD- the milestone of database' has been conducted on 14th April 2007. This meeting has attended by committee members and users from all the participating sites. A brief introduction of NCVD and its registries were gone through by respective chairperson. In this meeting, the strengths, weakness and outcome of NCVD have been discussed. Solutions have been talked about. The interaction session between committee team and user was gone smoothly during this meeting. All the issues raised out were taken into consideration. Not to forget, 31 of users of NCVD who actively involved with data submission have been sponsored by NHAM for the conference.
